Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when your deposit is refundable if you cancel a private tour with Complete Morocco, and how to send your cancellation.
Refund Deadlines for Your Deposit
Tours of 6 or more days
30 daysYour deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Tours of 1 to 5 days
20 daysYour deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 20 days before the tour start date.
If you cancel inside those windows, your deposit is non-refundable.
How to Cancel Your Tour
Cancellations must be submitted by email to info@completemorocco.com.
The date we receive your email counts as the cancellation date.
Phone calls, WhatsApp, social media messages and verbal requests are not formal cancellations.
Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
